SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it promptly. Your order will then be shipped within 3-14 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to fulfill international orders. Our shipping services are limited to destinations within Malaysia.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays, will be processed promptly. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 14 business days.
- Peninsular Malaysia: Orders will typically be delivered within 1-7 business days.
- East Malaysia: Orders will typically be delivered within 1-14 business days.
- Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak periods such as promotions, holidays, and adverse weather conditions.
TRACKING
Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Though we highly encourage you to double check items and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at shimonocare@gmail.com ASAP, and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order.
