Warranty Registration & Policy
Activate your guarantee for personalized service and support beyond the warranty. A one-year warranty covers motors in corded/cordless vacuums, air purifiers, rice cookers, and fans. Online purchases from our official website receive an additional six months, for a total of 18 months of warranty coverage.
Please register within 30 days after order delivery. This warranty is valid only for local machines purchased from Malaysia's official store and certified authorized retailers.

How long is the warranty for Shimono vacuum cleaners/fans?
1 year warranty for motor and battery. Consumable parts excluded.
When does the warranty period start?
The warranty period begins on the purchase date or the delivery date, whichever occurs later. However, if you do not register your warranty within 30 days and you lose your proof of purchase, the warranty will be void.
What are the warranty limitations?
Normal household use only; excludes misuse, wear and tear, and unauthorized repairs.
When is free warranty repair NOT applicable?
Unauthorized purchases, damage from misuse, expired warranty, or force majeure.
Who pays for repair costs?
Shimono covers costs for warranty issues. Customer pays for non-warranty repairs and shipping fees.
How to contact Shimono after-sales service?
To report a defect, please submit a request through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving the item. Include clear photos and a detailed description of the defect. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
